The Job Role:
A Personal Assistant to the CEO is a trusted professional responsible for supporting the CEO with administrative duties, coordinating communications, and managing their schedule to improve efficiency. This position demands confidentiality, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to handle complex tasks and communications effectively.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings and appointments, and provide reminders
Booking and managing travel arrangements
Develop and maintain an efficient documentation and filing system
Produce reports, presentations, and briefs as needed
Should take and prepare meeting minutes
Requirements and skills:
At least 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a Senior Executive
Comprehensive understanding of office management systems and applications
Exceptional planning and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Process Oriented
Energetic
Excellent with Follow-ups
Excellent presentation skills
Diary Management and Schedule meetings
Discretion and confidentiality
A qualification as a PA is advantageous
Should possess good dressing sense
Presentable and Professional Personality
Age Limit: minimum 30 years and maximum 45 Years
Salary: Depends on Expertise & Skills
