Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Accountant to join our growing finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial records, and assisting in financial reporting. Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily accounting tasks
Prepare financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
Update financial data in databases to ensure accuracy
Reconcile bank statements
Assist in monthly closings and preparation of financial reports
Maintain confidential financial and employee information
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure proper accounting processes
Support the finance team in audits and other accounting projects

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, ERP systems)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
