Position Overview:
Zarea.pk is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, analytics, and the ability to translate complex information into actionable insights. The Data Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting our business operations and strategy by analyzing and interpreting data to guide decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and identify trends.
Interpret data and present findings in a clear and concise manner to support business decisions.
Reporting and Dashboards:
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor business metrics.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Data Visualization:
Create visually appealing and informative data visualizations to communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
Utilize tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to enhance data presentation.
Predictive Modeling:
Work on predictive modeling to forecast business trends and outcomes.
Collaborate with other teams to integrate predictive analytics into business processes.
Data Quality Assurance:
Conduct regular audits of data sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Implement measures to improve data quality and integrity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
